We want you to be completely satisfied with your BPerfect Cosmetics purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your name and order number inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
